She participated in negotiating and drafting agreements for many types of transactions, including licensing, distributing, marketing, outsourcing and join ventures, developing and commercializing computer software and hardware, licensing of patents and trade marks, counseling and employment agreements. Ms. Alkalay has provided legal opinions on a a broad range of topics in her fields of practice. She has written and lectured in numerous academic and non-academic institutions on several subjects within the information science and Intellectual Property law.
