Mr. Shiloh’s practice is focused on strategic protection and utilization of intellectual property rights, including patent and trademark prosecution, litigation planning and support, technological due diligence analysis and licensing work. Over the past 17 years, Mr. Shiloh has built a team of exceptional professionals, who are now key members of Shiloh & Co. and Shiloh et al., and has developed a distinctive methodology for training new professional to meet the needs of our growing clientele. Mr. Shiloh and his teams have successfully drafted and prosecuted hundreds of original patent applications in diverse technological fields, including mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, optical and electro-optical devices and systems, electronic devices, integrated circuits, medical devices (e.g., ophthalmic devices, catheters), surgical tools and methods, imaging systems and devices (e.g., medical imaging, electrostatic imaging), communication systems and devices, computer hardware and software, financial analysis systems, mathematical genetic analysis methods, aerospace applications (e.g., missile guidance systems), surveillance devices and systems, physical and electronic security systems, and many other technologies.
Mr. Shiloh’s clientele ranges from start-up companies and individual inventors, to fortune 500 companies, such as Intel Corporation, whose bases of operation span many countries around the globe. Our clients rely on the diverse professional experience of Mr. Shiloh and his highly trained teams to advance their intellectual property needs and other business needs.
Mr. Shiloh’s academic background includes B.Sc. degrees in Physics and Mathematics, and a LL.B. law degree. He is admitted to practice in both Israel and New York, and has many years of hands-on experience both as an associate and as a partner of prestigious Intellectual Property law firms in New York and Israel. In addition, being an inventor himself, Mr. Shiloh has an intimate understanding of the inventive process and a unique perspective on leveraging the intellectual property of companies and individuals.
